All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including specifications, piece counts and recommended ages sourced from the manufacturer. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, except where alternative arrangements (such as pre-orders) are clearly stated on the product page. We use Shopify's secure checkout and payment processing; we do not store your full payment card details.

Genuine products

All LEGO-branded products sold on this Store are genuine and sourced through authorised channels. This Store is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.

Intellectual property

All content on this Store, including text, graphics, logos and images (excluding manufacturer product imagery), is the property of SUPERSOLIDCRAFTS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERSOLIDCRAFTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
